Alcohol & Other Drug Services Adjust Text Size:

Addiction can happen to anyone.

It’s an illness that is misunderstood by a large part of the community. It is often viewed as a lack of will power or a flaw in character. Both couldn’t be further from the truth.

Addiction is also a lonely, isolated struggle for many who are caught in its powerful grip but want to be free. Breaking free from the dependence on alcohol and other drugs requires proven, evidenced-based treatment options and services. Fortunately, these effective and confidential services for alcoholism and other drug addictions are available to both adults and children of Delaware and Morrow Counties.

In addition, the Board is committed to providing education, prevention, early intervention and treatments that have a direct impact on savings in long-term health care, employment and other related community costs.

All drug and alcohol services provided by the Board are offered on a sliding fee scale to make sure all local residents can access services.
