Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors is comprised of local volunteers from Delaware and Morrow Counties. These volunteers are appointed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) and our local County Commissioners.

 
 

David Black

David Black joined the Board in 2022. He spent much of his professional life in finance and accounting before retiring as a Financial Manager with Chase Retail Banking and remains an inactive Certified Public Accountant. He enjoys giving back to the Delaware County community through various organizations.

Dr. Lynnette Cook

Dr. Lynnette Cook is the Executive Director of ARNOVA, a non-profit organization that provides support and research to other NPOs across the country. She joined the Board in 2019 and cites her experiences working for drug and alcohol treatment and prevention organizations as her reason for wanting to support the behavioral health community.

JOHN CRUISE
finance committee chair

John joined the Board in 2024.  He is a finance and analytics professional, having worked in various roles at JPMorganChase since 2003.  He attended the University of Missouri and received an MBA from Washington University.  His goal in serving on the Board is to advocate for behavioral health services so that everyone can meet their full potential. 

nathan braden, PMHNP-BC

Nathan is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience providing quality care to a diverse population of children, adults, and families.  He is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University and is passionate about ensuring equitable access to high-quality and evidence-based mental health care for all people.  

gordon mcdonald

Gordon McDonald spent 36 years as a teacher, principal, and superintendent at Delaware Christian School before retiring in 2016. His education background is in Christian school administration and agricultural economics. He also previously served in the U.S. Army. Gordon joined DMMHRSB in 2023 and looks forward to meeting new people and serving the community.


Crystal Mazza

Crystal Mazza holds a journalism degree from the University of Oklahoma. Throughout her TV career, she tackled numerous roles in newsrooms from Texas to Ohio, including health reporter, anchor, producer, and editor. Crystal joined the Board in 2022 and remains dedicated to the mission that all individuals have access to quality, affordable mental health services.

Zach Miller

Zach Miller is a veteran of the US Navy and works as a Manager of Distribution Systems with American Electric Power. He joined the Board in 2018 and has used his experience as a consumer of behavioral health services to advocate for the communities in which he lives and works.

Bruce Pijanowski
planning committee chair

Bruce joined DMMHRSB in 2023 after spending 34 years at the Delaware Police Department. He served as a detective, sergeant, captain and assistant chief before being named chief in 2012. He retired from DPD in 2022 before joining the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation, where he now serves as Superintendent. Bruce is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and the FBI National Academy.


Mallory Sribanditmongkol

Mallory Sribanditmongkol is an experienced public information professional, currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement for People in Need, Inc. of Delaware County Ohio. She joined the Board in 2023, previously chairing a number of nonprofit boards including Gahanna Residents in Need and Shepherd's Corner Farm and Ecology Center. Her work in public education motivates her to advocate for access to services and supports.

Samuel Stahl, PMHNP

Sam Stahl is a mental health professional with years of experience helping his community in a variety of settings. Currently working as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in private practice, Sam's overarching goal is to help individuals achieve mental wellness and lead fulfilling lives. Sam has been with the Board since 2022 and is committed to facilitating fair, equal, equitable and accessible mental health care for all.

Trevor Thomas
Board Secretary

Trevor has a long career in business ownership and operations. He studied business management at Ball State University and currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air. Trevor has also performed mission work in Central America and been active in disaster relief. He joined DMMHRSB in 2022.

Jeremiah Wagner
Board Chair

Jeremiah joined the Board of Directors in early 2022. He is the Deputy Director of External Relations with the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and has a history of volunteering in his community.

Jodi Galloway

Jodi serves as the Director for Marion-Crawford Prevention Programs, which provides substance use prevention and leadership development. She founded the agency 15 years ago and has been a champion of prevention for more than 30 years. She has a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University with a focus in social work. She is a licensed social worker and state certified prevention consultant.

Laura Blumenstiel, esq.


Laura is a practicing attorney who specializes in estate and Medicaid planning, as well as probate administration. She holds two degrees from The Ohio State University. Laura joined the Board in 2024 out of a desire to help people in need. She hopes to improve the public’s awareness of, and access to, mental health services.
